JR Design Decor Interior Design Services

We have been commissioned for our first local interior design project: a two‑storey detached house currently under construction in Rochedale, Brisbane.

The property includes a private two‑car garage.

Ground floor: open‑plan kitchen, living, and adjoining dining area; one bedroom with ensuite; and a connected guest house featuring its own ensuite and living space. Outdoor areas comprise a swimming pool, a private jacuzzi spa, and a large open garden.

Second floor: four bedrooms, each with an ensuite, plus a separate family room and study.

Design Vision

The interior expression of Rochedale Residence will be defined by understated elegance—a quiet luxury that avoids ornamentation in favour of refined simplicity. Every material, surface, and furnishing will serve a clear purpose while contributing to a calm, uncluttered atmosphere.

Minimalism will guide spatial planning, storage integration, and furniture selection. Ornamentation will be minimal; quality of space and material will speak louder than decoration.
